Welcome to The Woman Leadership Conference, 2024 edition. We're thrilled to have you join us for three days of insightful discussions, networking opportunities, and hands-on learning experiences. Here's everything you need to know to make the most out of your attendance.

Your ticket guarantees access to the first day of the event. Please note, that for the next two days, spaces are limited and will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Each attendee can choose what interests them most.

Before the Conference

  • Registration: Ensure your spot by registering through our Registration Page. Early bird discounts have a limited-time availability.
  • Travel and Accommodation: For those traveling from out of town, we've partnered with Wonderland Resort. Write us for a special price.
  • Agenda: Familiarize yourself with the conference agenda to plan your days effectively. Check out the full schedule here to learn more about the keynote speeches, panel discussions, and workshops.
  • Preparation: Consider what you'd like to achieve at the conference. Networking? Learning specific skills? Prepare questions and topics you're interested in to make the most of each session and interaction.
  • Bringing your children: we have partnered with Hand in Hand Kindergarten. So you can bring your children and we will take care of them. Contact us for more details.

During the Conference

  • Check-in: Upon arrival, head to the registration desk to check in. You'll receive your badge, which must be worn at all times.
  • Sessions: Sessions will start promptly as scheduled. We recommend arriving at least 10 minutes early to secure a good seat. We do not take responsibility for personal belongings. If you would like to have a table reserved, please contact us in advance. Reserved tables are for groups that have requested this beforehand.
  • Networking: Don't miss the networking events scheduled throughout the conference. These are great opportunities to connect with peers, speakers, and sponsors.
  • Parking: There is parking available at the venue, free of charge, for Thursday. For the Art Museum, there is a public parking in the main square of the city, with payment.
  • Health and Safety: Your health and safety are our top priorities. We're following all local health guidelines and regulations to provide a safe environment for our attendees.

Additional Information

  • Dress Code: The conference dress code is dress as you feel!  
  • Meals and Refreshments: We will provide coffee, drinks, lunch during Thursday. 
  • Wi-Fi: Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the venue. Login details will be provided at the registration desk.
