The history of the "The Woman" project traces its roots back to March 2012 when the first edition of a women's business conference took place. The event gathered 200 women, marking the beginning of a journey that would become a strong support for women in various fields. Year after year, the number of participants grew, reflecting the increasing interest and need for connection in the female community.

With the desire to maintain a connection with women and expand the community, in 2017, the online magazine "The Woman" was launched. It became a digital platform that highlights the stories, achievements, and experiences of women in different fields. The project later evolved into a women's leadership conference, including various related events, in an effort to provide comprehensive support for women in their entrepreneurial, professional, and personal journeys.

In 2018, we launched the first print edition of The Woman, bringing some of the inspiring stories into physical format. 

Every year, at the end of March, we gather the community for what has now become the largest women's leadership conference in Romania. Here, speakers and interviewed women, successful individuals from various fields such as actresses, performance athletes, entrepreneurs, managers, and artists, share their stories and offer valuable lessons. 

The ultimate goal is to inspire, educate, and create an environment where women can support each other and learn from positive experiences.
