In love with the written words, Ana Bitu has been working for almost 30 years in the Communication Industry. As an Advertising Creative she developed several campaigns, trends and concepts, being part of all the important changes that took place in this period of time. TV Journalist for more than 20 years she mastered communication from many perspectives.
At the age of 40 she created a manifest platform, named Super40, together with her lifelong friend Ileana Badiu. Feeling everything but old, they both showed people what it’s like to enjoy life at any age, to remain relevant and to deconstruct the perception of aging.
As time went by and life was so enjoyable, the natural fact that women of certain age enter the taboo period of Menopause, made both Ana and Ileana feel, once again, the need to break the image created around the subject.

This way Super40 become SuperAge and the open speech about menopause, about life and health actually, transformed the platform into a movement, that is growing way deeper and faster than anyone could imagine. Now, all medical facts, all life changes and all that is called menopausal symptoms are out in the open and the normalization process is being developed with a lot of courage and assumption by the SuperAge creators. Ana Bitu is presenting the menopause as a new beginning in a woman’s life, rather than an end and a new way of living the superlative of any age.
