Aneta Neagomir has over 18 years of experience in Human Resources, holding positions coordinating HR departments. Throughout her career, she has worked in advertising, production, and services industries, and for a year, she served as a trainer for soft skills and coaching courses.
In 2019, she transitioned to the world of entrepreneurship when, following a vacation in the USA, she brought the concept of an indoor trampoline park to Romania, establishing the first facility of its kind in the country at that time.
Recognizing a lack of recreational spaces for teenagers and young adults, she aimed to create a space where children could spend their time while engaging in physical activity. Thus, Jumping House was born. Aneta’s dream became a reality with the support of the program ”Factory by Raiffeisen Bank”, where she received guidance and assistance from specialists. Recently, Aneta opened a new location in Oradea and plans to open another one in Cluj soon.
