As a dedicated ambassador and active advocate in Romanian and European entrepreneurship, she highlights the need for recognizing and valuing the female contribution to the economy.
She initiated the most extensive movement to unite the Romanian entrepreneurial environment around the values and economic imperatives of inclusion and equity. For over a decade, her unwavering determination and ability to inspire change have solidified CONAF as the primary platform through which the issues and aspirations of entrepreneurs are addressed with concrete solutions, positively influencing the development directions of the Romanian economy.
