Florina Onetiu is a serial tech entrepreneur, innovation catalyst & recognised marketing expert for 20 years.
Currently she is one of the founders of Unicorp Ventures and CEO of Xclusiverse, a company that is part of this group, and a global premium software company who builds digital twins connected with XR technology (VR & AR), endorsed by AI. Brilu.ai is a Saas product of Xclusiverse.
For 10 years she was a partner in Life Care company and ran the marketing & business innovation department. After she stepped away from her executive position in Life Care and remained board member, she founded and ran one of the most successful network of five wellbeing center in Romania, “Happiness Center” with which she made an exit in 2019.
She worked as a marketing & digital transformation strategy advisor & certified business coach (certified by International Coach Federation) with over 50 entrepreneurs and leaders who wanted to scale their business.
In addition to practical experience, Florina has a formal education at the most prestigious business schools in the world such as: Oxford University, Stanford University, Cornell University and Frankfurt Business School. She is currently following a doctoral program in Business with a Health Tech Focus.
She is actively supporting women equality, professional development & teens education.
