After working in various startups and corporations in the USA and Romania, alongside well-known entrepreneurs, Tereza ventured into entrepreneurship 15 years ago when she founded the Oxygen agency. Oxygen is now one of the largest communication and advertising agencies in Romania, with offices in Cluj-Napoca and Bucharest, serving companies in various industries such as IT&C, energy, construction & real estate, fashion & beauty, gaming, banking & finance, and more.
A mother of three children, Tereza is passionate about mountain hiking and outdoor activities.
